It is with great honor that I have the opportunity to write this letter of recommendation for Vince Harden and Josh Berkau of Premier Hardwoods. As a homeowner I am particular about the craftsmanship and quality of work I expect from my contractors. Not only did Premier Hardwoods exceed my expectations, they made the entire restoration process comfortable and easy. From the estimate, to the final layer of varnish, Josh and Vince displayed the highest level of professionalism and successfully managed a very difficult project.
Their combined thirty years of experience and solution based approach was evident in the renovation of the soft pine floors in our 1980 plantation home.
They took our dingy, worn out wood and transformed it into a bright ligneous space that effectively changed the overall atmosphere of our home. Premier was able to successfully match the natural grain and color where areas needed to be replaced, and took painstaking measures to find a hard varnish finish to protect the wood from dents and scratches. Lastly and most importantly, they mixed and applied a custom color per their recommendation.
The pine floors were truly transformed and will soon be displayed on Houzz. We are overjoyed with the end result and will continue to refer our family and friends to Premier Hardwoods.
